Rental Responsibility & Damage Policy

All rental items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered or picked up, excluding normal wear from proper use.

Customer Responsibility

The renter is fully responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery until they are returned.
Items must be used only for their intended purpose.
Rented items must be kept safe, clean, and protected from damage, weather, theft, misuse, or neglect.

Damage, Loss & Missing Items

Any items returned damaged, broken, missing, burned, stained, bent, or altered will be charged to the renter.
Charges may include repair costs or full replacement value, at our discretion.
If an item cannot be repaired, the renter agrees to pay the full replacement cost.

Cleaning Fees

Items returned excessively dirty (wax, food, grease, tape, glue, confetti, mud, etc.) may result in additional cleaning fees.

Payment for Damages

The renter authorizes us to charge the card on file or invoice the renter for any damages, loss, or missing items discovered after return.

By renting from us, you agree to this policy and accept full responsibility for the rented items.

Terms & Conditions (T&C’s)

All rental items must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear. The renter assumes full responsibility for all items from delivery until return.
